Ohhh I love Florence + The Machine! I actually know the meaning of the song! Florence said that before she was a singer she and her friend made a living out of walking dogs, and then she discovered her true passion, music, therefore "the dog days are over."
But obviously this is also a metaphor. She herself said this: "For me 'Dog Days' symbolizes apocalyptic euphoria, Chaotic freedom and running really really fast with your eyes closed."

Where do I get them? Well, my friend, hours of looking over the interwebz... That song I posted was released just in the end of last year! See what I mean when I say that good music exists, and it's just a little bit hidden? If you look for it well, you always find good things...
