I don't really know how to explain to you buuuut I'll try.

When you want to make a post you see them things under 'post title', I mean that bar with all those squares and stuff in it. Click on th one with the film role picture on it, when you hover over it with your cursor it says 'video'. Click that, put the link in the grey bar and click on 'ok'. It's put your link between these things --> [youtube] [/youtube]
